(Beginning on May 1st, 2020 these new rates will go into effect.  This rate increase is due to increasing costs of running the business.)

Heated Square Footage           1,001 to 1,500            $375.00

Heated Square Footage           1,501 to 2,000            $400.00

Heated Square Footage           2,001 to 2,500            $425.00

Heated Square Footage           2,501 to 3,000            $450.00

Heated Square Footage           3,501 to 3,500            $475.00

Heated Square Footage           3,501 to 4,000            $500.00

Heated Square Footage           4,001 to 5,000            $525.00

Heated Square Footage           5,000 +                       $550.00 +

($10 for each 100 additional square feet)

Mileage Charge (20-40 miles one way)                      $40.00

Mileage Charge (41-60 miles one way)                     $80.00

Mileage Charge (61-80 miles one way)                   $120.00

Mileage Rates have been increased due to the high cost of fuel.  If prices for fuel go down I will gladly reduce my mileage rates

I am available to do home inspections primarily during the week but will when no other time will work for the client will do a Saturday inspection.  At the end of each inspection I encourage the buyers to participate in a walkthrough of the property.
